We hadn't been here before, but we had an entertainment digital coupon so we decided to try it. The food tasted ok, but was served barely lukewarm. We did tell our waitress, but there wasn't any help offered. So we only ate a tiny bit and packed it up to take home. My husband ordered a cup of hot and sour and it tasted like it had sugar in it and wasn't hot or sour. He asked for the typical chips for the soup, but found out they don't offer them for free. You have to pay extra. The prices of the entrees are very reasonable, but we won't come back.

Fantastic place to eat Chinese food! We have been looking for a friendly place with good food to support with our business and we found it! The manager, Julian, was so helpful and even took our order on the phone when they were near closing time. The Mongolian beef and sweet and sour chicken were perfectly prepared and tasted amazing! Highly recommend this place!

Underwhelming experience. Filthy enough that my child noticed it, commented, and was uncomfortable eating/drinking. That has never happened. Dirty booths, dirty cups, dirty tables, and nats or similar that were landing on the food. The food wasn't great either, we got two soups, two appetizers, two entrees, and fried rice... The fried rice was probably the only thing that was worth eating.

I just had the rare experience of testing two of the best Chinese restaurants in the Valley, head to head. Though I must say, Chou's Kitchen is really good.....Shanghi Grill easily wins. Hands down the best food this town has to offer.

The service is always amazing. Gilbert was on point again tonight. We love the Hot and Sour soup bowl size not just a side. You get shrimp and green onions added. Another satisfying experience.

Today, I ordered take out. I asked if the food could be ready at a certain time. The answer, no problem. I was 15 minutes late. I was nicely informed that I was late and the Manager said he was concerned that the food was getting cold and I would lose the good taste of their meals. This reaction is an example of great customer care. I was highly impressed. My wife and I have been dining here for a few years. Their meals are the best.

The food was fantastic...The Honey Garlic Chicken was amazing...The Kung Pao Chicken was damn tasty with a little zing to it...The Beef Pepper Steak was really good as well...The Pot Stickers (fried) had me all shook up in taste...The only knock would be the Egg Roll...It was pretty bland... Homemade sweet and sour sauce was on point... Everything else was great...Our server, Jamie was awesome...She provided us with some good food recommendations and she's pretty funny too...The place was busy, but things flowed at a decent pace...The pricing wasn't bad, the place was really clean too... I've already been back once...I'm from Chicago and this food came close to tasting like home...
